The ultimate goal of iInstall.com is to provide the best possible installation of Audio, Visual and Control systems and components, whether it is an Interactive TV, Projector and motorised screen, home cinema with multi-room sound, or even multiple TV points with full HD. We take pride in our workmanship & service, and value customer satisfaction above all.
We provide our customers with complete peace of mind, as we understand that we work with expensive equipment, paid for with hard earned money. All installations and equipment are insured against damage resulting from bad-workmanship, accidents, transport handling (If we transported the goods) or theft, while in our control. The installation is guaranteed for one year from invoice date.
All assignments are preceded by an accurate quote indicating exact job duration, equipment and components required, and on request, a diagrammatical rendering of the required installation. We commit to accepted quotes, and will not exceed the duration quoted, unless due to circumstances beyond our control, in which case it will be by mutual acceptance with our customer.
Most of us are bound by schedules, meetings, appointments and commitments that make free time a rare commodity. We understand this very well and ensure that we arrive on time, and as agreed with our customers.
Minimum installation site disruption
Since our service is rendered in a customer’s intimate home environment or place of work, we always endeavour to disrupt the site as little as possible, to allow for business as usual. We will always leave a site as we found it, or in a better state!

Our detailed customer and job records on our systems allow for quick access to all information required ensuring excellent after-sales service, wherever and whenever our customers require it.
Transaction history and filing
Our operational system allows us to keep a meticulous record of all customers, quotations and jobs completed. All details of a job are recorded, together with customer feedback and comments. Documentation pertaining to equipment and components are digitally stored on our system for easy retrieval in the event of warranty/guarantee claims or queries, negating the need for you to keep it on file
